BeaverCloth started with one simple frustration: why does cleaning a bathroom feel like a full-time job?

In the winter of 2023, Sarah stood in her London bathroom holding a bottle of chemical spray, staring at a shower door that still had water marks after twenty minutes of scrubbing.
"There has to be a better way," she thought.
Together with her partner Marc — an engineer with a background in textiles — she spent the next 14 months testing cloths from every corner of the world. Cotton. Bamboo. Traditional microfibre. Nothing worked well enough.
So they built their own.
After 47 prototypes, they landed on a dense, high-GSM microfibre weave that could absorb over 4x its weight in water, trap limescale and grime without chemicals, and stay lint-free wash after wash.
They named it BeaverCloth — after the beaver, one of nature's most industrious builders, an animal known for doing hard work the smart way.
