Cancellations, Returns & Your Rights

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)

Changed your mind? No problem.

You may return eligible items for a refund, provided that the product is:

  • Unused;

  • Unwashed;

  • In its original condition and packaging;

  • Returned within our stated return period.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BeaverCloth is not responsible for returns lost during transit.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will carefully review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, or another suitable remedy where required.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy.
